Yahoo small business web hosting is well or not, i am unable to add new diretory for new domain in capnel?

I sent many mail but still yahoo small business unable to reply the same , they take always more than week or 10 days for reply. They never assured what his customer care executive selling product in market.

How would you find the hostname for database access with yahoo Small Business Domain hosting?

Does Yahoo Small Business Web Hosting support ASP.NET2.0 Web Pages?
